Make no mistake about it; the DRBC is engaged in a despicable enterprise that’s a lot like stealing pennies from a dead man’s eyes, according to Bob Nolan.

While delivering his Inaugural Address on January 20, 1961, President John F. Kennedy made a very cogent observation regarding a freeman’s rights:

“And yet the same revolutionary beliefs for which our forebears fought are still at issue around the globe–the belief that the rights of man come not from the generosity of the state but from the hand of God.”

That’s the same John F. Kennedy who, on November 2, 1961, stated:

“Its significance lies in the unique character of the compact and the great hope for comprehensive plans for full and effective development of the Delaware River Valley”.

That second quote was at the White House signing of the Delaware River Basin Compact when the Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC) was formed, a day of infamy it may be turning out.
