Thanks Erin, I check it out and we do have "oil lease assignment" but I don"t know what of if we are in a unit. where did you find out about your unit?
Did you buy the documents?

Hi Deci.  You probably aren't in a unit then.  Not yet that is.  I've been checking for a long time and we had nothing other than an Oil Lease Agreement listed on the site.  However, recently they started drilling down the road from us and I started checking more often.  It was only Thursday that I found that another item was listed under our name.  It was "miscellaneous" and when I clicked on the instrument number I saw that it was a "declaration of pooling unit".  Just keep watching the site. 

 

No I didn't buy the documents because I assume we'll be hearing from the energy company soon.

I will keep checking my husband and I don't live up in Bradford county. So we don't see what is going on. I think this link will help. Our land is in Herrick township. Have a great day

I think it's great, too.  That file (map) was sent to me from a friend a couple of weeks ago.  I don't know where he found it, how often it gets updated, etc.  Sorry I couldn't help.

Carmine,thanks for that great google earth map of bradford county units. i have land leased in bradford and in sullivan county. chesapeake has drilled a well near me but not filed unit yet. nice to see the layout of all the units surrounding it though. I wonder if you know where i could find this same type of map for sullivan county

thanks Carmine , unfortunately this map didn't have units on it , only permitted wells as a of jan 2011. But i really appreciate your reply .

 That GE map is mine. I try to update it weekly.  The updates are posted on p*************. I started it for my own info, but since I have it I like to share it. I'm only doing it for Bradford Co. I also have copies of all the unit maps and can share them if you are interested in any specific unit.
