ANY new news for Greene County?

SO I have three companies interested in the land...waiting for offers in writing..got a great lawyer, pretty freaking happy with the discussions so far...if anybody has a question...shoot..

i hear 3500.00 to 4000.00 a acre lease. but it can be less if you are not in a target area.
