Michelle,  You may want to call Mike Bilaj 740-432-8863. He is assisting Des Wertheimer's group which is getting ready to accept bids within next couple weeks.  They may be having another meeting soon.  If you google oil and gas lease education, several university websites should pop up with various topics you may find valuable.  All we can do as landowners is educate ourselves and get the best terms and the BEST lease which is most important.  Perhaps ODNR's website will lead you to more information also.  

Mike has been most helpful in explaining the industry ins/outs in easy way to understand.  Thanks Mike!
