Would you please share any information you learned at the meeting in Coshocton County at which Jim Millison spoke?
Although our property is in Coshocton County, Clark Township, we live in Johnstown and the only source we have for meeting information is what folks post on this group.
If you learn of future meetings, it would be very helpful if you post the information.
We attending a meeting in Licking County. Didn't hear of any Jim Millison. Do you know if he is a third-party agent or a landowner?
Thanks in advance for your reply.
100 people attended the meeting in Washington Township with the intent to join a Landowners Group. The next meeting will be held in January.
Jim Milleson is doing our group meetings here in Holmes County and seems to be up to date with all the latest information. Jim is genuinely interested in getting us the best lease terms possible and is very knowledgable, plus he has a long standing family business behind him that values ethics and promotes long term business partnerships. He is not one of those that is here today and gone tomorrow.
