Energy US, LLC

Anybody sign a lease with these guys?  Apparently they are part of a large lease sale in western PA that is supposed to take place very soon. Does anybody have any info regarding the company and/or the large lease sale?

according to all the involved parties, including Mike, Energy US has NOT been excluded from the block sell.

My question to you, I presume you have signed with Enegyus, did you get a copy of your

Lease....If so, you are one of the lucky ones.

The people that did get their leases, was to lease Marcellus and Utica.

Some of these people have a notorized paper saying that the lease is for Marcellus only.

Imagine the worms crawling out of this lease.

yes I did sign with Energy. I do have a copy of the lease, and it is for both marcellus and utica.  I spoke with MDS, Knapp, Snyder, and Tri State. No one reported that Energy was excluded from the package.

 

You said energy us was excluded and gave me Mikes's number. One would assume that Mike Gibson told you they were excluded.  However, when I spoke with Mr. Gibson, he had not heard anything like that.

I would say it's still cooking but not burnt yet. The toast that is :-) Dont forget, the Ohio border is a hot spot now so all the PA counties that border ohio are a little more desirable for drilling. 

The good thing about this deal is the leases were split into 6 regions and not being sold as one block. It gives multiple bidders the option to only purchase their area of interest.  

 

Either way, my day to day life will remain the same. It's all good.
