I understand that fracking has begun and should take only 3 days.  Any update from you guys would be appreciated.
There must be something down in that hole in the ground.  I went by this morning and the well is being flared.  Too bad they can't put that gas to use.

Spoke with a representative from Range Resources today.  Was told the fracking was completed and it looks very promising.  Informed me that they were having a meeting coming up shortly on whether to expand their leasing in the area.

They didnt frac into any other wells on this go around?
Don't know.  I was calling because I have 51 acres with a newly expired lease within 7 miles of the Dempseytown site and was told any new leases were dependent on this new well.
Bryan: I  think Range pluged the two wells close to the frack.
What does that mean?

Curious to know how this well tested. Anyone know flow rate and if any liquids were encountered?

Our first Marcellus well here in Lawrence County is testing right now. Makes a nice glow in the night sky!

I look forward to a reply.

From what I heard pretty pitiful. I heard the flow rates were under a million. I am not sure what others heard, but that was from someone that works for the company that was testing it.
really ?

Sounds pretty low. I sure hope it's just bad info.

Has it been put into production yet? Maybe it will make the DEP site after new years if it is.

Could be flowrate was effected by issues with the frac
