Does anyone have contact for someone who can do mineral title search?

Does anyone have a contact for someone who can do mineral title searches? The property is in Butler County, PA.

We went thru this problem with some farm land that are grandfather had owned. My lawyer in Butler got in contact with a firm called "Terra Nova". In are case a gas company in North Wasthington ,which is where some of the land that my family owns 1/2 of the gas/natural gas rights.They told me that they use the same firm. Let me tell you it not cheap and they went back over 150 +years on every thing.  Good Luck.
