Hilcorp energy

Our most recent letter was from hilcorp. We live near flushing and are the one of the  few remaining that haven't signed yet.
Anyone have any experience or knowledge of this company?

Recived a lease from them aweek ago,$5300. a acre,17%.The lease is not as land owner frendly  as all land owner group lease. I could live with it if i didn't know better.
