Any effect yet in Beaver Co. ?

I would think it wouldn't effect Beaver Co. that much as it sits over the wet gas region of the Marcellus which is where the drilling companies are headed.

Is all of Beaver Co. in wet gas area or just parts?       From discussions I have seen, we are in a dry gas area which I assume is the reason for lower bonus and royalty payments here vs the Ohio counties just across the border.      Have any of the drilled wells here actually hit wet gas?       How about wet gas vs dry gas in the Utica formation here?     Same or different situations?

From what I've heard the Marcellus is wet but the Utica is dry in our area (Beaver - Butler - Lawrence). Attached are 2 pics I found. Don't know how accurate they are.

Thanks for the pics.     Looks like beaver co. is dry for utica on both your "utica bmp" map and tk"s overlay map.    But we are close enough to the wet utica in ohio so that some wells drilled here may be wet.     Your marcellus map shows we are in the wet gas zone but is the layer thick enough to develop?    Does anyone have info on any co. wells drilled - wet vs dry?

Des apples look good.     I like the overlay feature of the map.     What does fairway mean?      Looks like the marcellus fairway in our area pretty much coincides with the wet gas/dry gas boundary on the utica  fairway map.     Any relationship between the two or just coincidence?
