I also am looking for a landowner group. I have property in Northern Trumbull county. I was focused on my Morgan county property owners group and missed out on the ALOV group closing date. Wish I had fond this site sooner!

Nelson, Dont give up on ALOV just yet, should you still be looking for a lease when we have a lease signing event, who is to say they will not open it up last minute for anyone still interested in doing so. Stranger things have happened.

did you ever find a group? Im looking also, but hopefully for one thats not too large scale

I don't know this group, but I was recently contacted by NELA.  They have sent me a sample of their lease terms and information about the company.  They claim to be very environmentally responsible.  Anyone worked with them?

Just got a letter in the mail from NELA, they have a meeting in Bloomfield next Tuesday, think I will take a look see....did you like the lease?
