The cited article mentions that in Dec the legislature enacted "buffer zones for wells". Do those address only surface matters or off-sets for wells from property lines not included in the drilling unit?

Last I read on the subject, well locations may not be within 625 feet of another well. I believe dwellings was mentioned but not property lines.
