Does anyone have any suggestions for a good lawyer with experience drawing up and reviewing leases?

Hello, We used a lawyer on our last lease that was canceled when east Resources could not pay their lease money due the economy, Since then, we were contacted by east again because they want to lease us again. We are going to use the same lawyer when and if we decide to sign a lease. We were very happy using this firm.

Lawyers do not draw up the lease, The gas companies do. The lawyers go over them to make sure you are protected and the lawyers add addendums for more protection for you or they take out some of the portions that will not benefit you. You will have to decide which is important or not important for the final say. I hope this info helps a tad.
Thank you, that is very helpful. Good luck moving forward with what you are doing!
I heard that Atty. Brian Duff in Wellsboro does this too.
I've been trying to find a reputable lawyer to review our land lease, that we "inherited" when we purchased our land. Thank you for sharing their name and I am definitely going to contact them.
What is the cost for a lawyer to go over a lease?
Greevy charges 2 dollars an acre with a minimum of 150 dollars..........
