Wondering if anyone who got the brinker storage field defect has got a letter from columbia gas transmissions  stating that you are not in the Brinker storage field. I am having trouble with chesapeake still honoring there contract with me even after i have showed them a letter from columbia gas saying that i am not in the field and they have no records of owning my mineral rights?  any help thanks..

My guess - If your property is adjacent to any Brinker storage field property, CHK won't want you. Unless they can get a free and clear lease on at least 640 contiguous acres, including yours, they may not want the area at all.

Hi Bob,

Friend me and I can perhaps help.   At least direct you in the correct direction.

Chesapeake has much of the field leased and has two permitted wells, one of which the pad is underway on the field.  Lots of interest.

Finnbear  all of my neighbors have signed and gotten through... Chesepeake messed up when they did my title search.....I have proven to them that they have messed up and now all they are doing is giving me a run around

Bob- sent you a message.
