Well in a half sense true, but not as a Lease bonus! So it is useful to know what may be true and possibly proven true as well.

I did however see two leases that were recorded that were weird with a disturbingly low price and at only 12.5% will post parts of the two leases in the lease section a bit latter on today. I will title it WEIRD LEASE.

Length of lease, royalty, pooling limitations, shut in fees, gross or net, depth restrictions, right of ways upon pipe lines ect? Remember in one year Nobel County saw a lease offer of like $50/acre at 12.5% and now it is $5,900 at 20%
