 A term used in the Navy for rumors. So what have you heard? Well it may be true! May not be but stay tuned we can try to verify what is and what isn't here.  I heard $15,000 a acre! Well in a half sense true, but not as a Lease bonus! So it is useful to know what may be true and possibly proven true as well.

Heres some news  1000.00 per acre to 2000.00 and 15% in Muskingum County a current offer.

That offer was made in the Blue Rock area. I do not recall right off hand who had made the offer.

 I did however see two leases that were recorded that were weird with a disturbingly low price and at only 12.5%  will post  parts of the two leases in the lease section a bit latter on today. I will title it WEIRD LEASE.

Has anyone encountered leases by patriot? Know they are a flipper but got offered $4500/10% gross. Was told the $4500 was a minimum and i would get whatever they sold it for so could be higher minus 10% of what they sell for???? Any help on this one????

Better yet Ron what is the whole deal? Length of lease, royalty, pooling limitations, shut in fees, gross or net, depth restrictions, right of ways upon pipe lines ect? Remember in one year Nobel County saw a lease offer of like $50/acre at 12.5% and now it is $5,900 at 20%
