Hello all,
I was just wondering if anyone has or is sitting on a lease from ILG. Were being offerd 3,000 + 15%. I know there has been several others offerd this and maybe sitting on this. My question is does anyone know anything about this company? Looked on the web for any testamonials about this company, and are they offering anymore to anyone else. Were located five miles east on sr.556 towards clairington. Any info would be appreciated.

I saw a lease in Licking County at the recorders office and the pad was $1000 they need educated!

The landowners that signed that lease need the educating!

I might hang my donkey out on a limb but I am thinking about writing a editorial. Hard to believe the press  is not smart enough to figure out what is going on.

My wife is a professional writer/editor in the coal mining fields. And she writes for a gas magazine too
She could be a big help with your column

Scott your just figureing that out after what happened in Monroe county,

When I sighned with them I didn't do my home work on them. They dangled the carrott and I took it!it was a great learning expeience for me!wony get snookered again

please elaborate on monre county my mother has 10 acres and as of this time has not signed a lease her property is out on dent ridge off of 800 south of woodsfield i told her to be patient and wait to see what developes my property is in harrisson county and my wife and i got a good deal we got 20% gross royalty.

She should very carefull what she sign's

After ILG   I'm afraid too trust anyone !

You say you got 20%  Did you get any cash ? I hear all the good deals but I Don't hear anyone getting any checks , Did you get anything up front ?

no money up front but we did recieve our  bonus money within the ninty-day time frame we signed with chesapeake we were in one of the last groups with alov before they changed to buckeye mineral group we our happy with what we got you must talk to your tax person and find out what you need to set aside for taxes we put what we needed into a one tear cd better to earn something even if it's a little than nothing at all so that next year we can pay our taxes we both still work but we were able to pay off our bill's and put money in the bank and give to our favorite charitys we have thirty four acres

i think mike meant by up front money=bonus money.i signed with alov/chesapeake also but 1 year ago we $2250/17.5% gross with good contract it was best deal at the time! my property is also in harrison co.
