Hello folks,
I just got a letter from Caffey Group in Ft. Worth, TX, asking if we are interested in leasing our land in Sandycreek Township. A quick Google search shows news of a lawsuit against them in TX. Anyone know anything about them or anyone else been contacted by them? The letter references the Utica.
Thanks

they are going to drill in mercer diamond jim?
with the money you made from dragging in your neighbors to mt jackson you should bet a little more than the foxburg inn.......
can you explain the channel program to us......but I guess that is different than the lambs you are leading to slaughter in venango.....
i agree with you pumper. The alov lease is going to get a offer soon and there lease is 27pages. But there second page says they get 150,000 for the company in five days.
Hey, I'd make it $150.00 so I could include wine for me and my friends but yer afraid to even take a $100 bet. Maybe I should make it a single McMuffin so that you MIGHT get the guts to take the bet.
Pumpjack: Like Jim's answers or not, it seems like he is trying to answer landowners questions. Time to man up, let the landowners see your contract, what company you work for, and your real name. Are you trying to sell a low ball Shell contracrt? Just some questions you need to answer

In the days of cybercrime I am hesistant to educate
as one who has had substantial thefts of late of irreplacable items(and that sucks) I have no desire to disclose anything other than being landowner in venango/mercer co and other countys and states .Your deal bodes similiar to mine I can not help but notice you neither state the company $ per acre or royalty
in your group did you pay a fee? if so how much? And you gave all strata's?
I was not looking for a adversarail bout but so mote it be
and you know who jim is working for ( or do we) who are you working for
if you want you got some gaps also....

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
