OK, the production fogures are in from odnr on 7 wells near here. You have a number of people on GMS doing the math on how much $$ pr mo. each acre will pay in royalties. The Buell well in Harrison Co. may be the closest to us,and may be the only one that was'nt choked back for lack of infrastructure and had 198 days of production. I think we could use those #s to figure our projected royaties. Most of us in Guernsey co. will get 20% @ the wellhead,Gross.  The are lots of variables, like the size of the drilling unit; how many acres in each. Could go with a 640 acre unit with 6 wells or a 120 acre unit & 1 well. They are selling the oil for $104  the gas @ $2.10 . Ive seen the figures others have come up with on "an average well".  the #s are all over the place. from $26. pr. mo. pr. acre to $4,000.  Go Figure!

FYI. I recall reading something somewhere back a couple of months ago that said the Buell well had a 2/3 choke on it. I suspect all of these wells have to be choked back to prevent damage to the well and to preserve/extend the life of the well.
