BuckeyeMom,  Good to hear from you.  It has been awhile.  The article is very interesting.  I have been hearing rumors that Chesapeake is in some financial trouble. It will be interesting to know where exactly in Ohio they plan to sell and where they plan to retain their rights.  Basically, how will this decision affect Carroll County.  If you get any more information and/or articles please keep us informed. - Denver

Denver... I have read a few articles that the acreage CHK plan on selling is central and north central. Carroll and Harrison will be their concentration. I believe this is ground zero.

Check out Carroll County Gusher or ccg.com. They have a list and map of all the counties Chesapeake is selling. Carroll is not one of them.

Sorry... I meant to say that Carroll and Harrison Counties are located at ground zero for CHK to keep and development.
