Not sure if vertical or horizontal but I just learned that this baby is about 1 mile due west of my house, 3 ridge lines over.  I can hear it and see the glow from the pad.

I am also about a mile from the well site. odnr website shows it being horizontial. I spoke to XTO yesterday and the gentleman told me they were not looking for any more land in that area at this time, at least until they see production, and hopefully it will be wet gas.

Two wells. Both horizontal.

I spoke with Jack H at XTO in June, he informed me that the verticals were drilled and they are waiting on a big rig to go horz., expect completion by the end of summer. He also told me that one of the two wells targeted the Marcellus. Odnr shows two Utica wells. Like may others I'm a ridge away on Windinghill and hope for big wet results. I was also informed that XTO is not leasing anymore until results. The big question is where will their next pad be located, east or west of Kaldor.

I hear ya, Brian - I think we could all use a little "boost" if you know what I mean.   I also heard that Croziers on Winding Hill might be getting a pad in the back of their place; you heard that rumor?   (Two of my neighbors over here were all excited because they signed the prelim document with Des/SOLA - I wondered if they did any research at all....!!!)

The last time I heard they were going to the cook farm. I'm not sure where that is. We hoped it ended up here on 214 due to the amount of land.

Hmmm I'm not sure where that is; 214 seems to be a bit far to me from Kaldor's though..

Any word on this unit?  I see the drilling rig is gone.
