Anyone here from the Pulaski area unsigned as of this time? Curious if offers have increased or stopped altogether.

FYI; If you are unsigned and in the Hilcorp footprint in western Lawrence and Mercer counties, you should know that the agreement between Hilcorp and Co-X expires this weekend.  That means starting next week, the only leasing options you will have will the lease offered by Western land for Hilcorp or to sign with Shell.

really you or them   c'mon talk about a scare tactic

options abound in mercer county diamond jim.................

I am from Shenango and I have yet to sign. I am going to the office today to see what's up

The rep at Shell office in Shenango told me that last year they had tons of money and were told to get as many leases as they could get, which they did. He said they aren't going anywhere, but it will be awhile before we can sign...

No actual offers from anyone

Right now DAS is doing seimic testing here in New Beaver Boro. I see their steaks & ribbons from here to Wayne and Taylor Twps. I know I received a letter from Shell supporting the effort. (I leased with Shell last October.)

I recently communicated with a Long Consulting agent who believes leasing will pick up again after new years.  Perhaps they are waiting for the seismic results before signing any more leases.....? Midstream infrastructure is supposed to be coming our way soon via a Markwest NGL line(s) intended to feed separated ethane to Shell's future Cracker in Vanport. Seems to be activity with all this but leasing has halted for now , hopefully only temporarily. My next door neighbor with 88 acres is yet unsigned.

Did the Shell rep you spoke with give you any solid information as to their plans? Did he offer any info about The Patterson Well or any of their other current projects? Hopefully after New Years things will pick up. Shell seems to be a very methodical , patient company. I know the suspense is killing us but Rome wasn't built in a day! Best of luck to you Gail.

Did anyone with property next to you sign with shell or hilcorp?

I have neighbors leased to both Shell and Hilcorp. I am right on the Beaver County line and Chesapeke is also a factor a mile to my south.

Any word on production at the Patterson well?

No word that I know of. The 3rd and 4th wells are flaring now. Shell keeps a lid on this information for now and none of these wells are turned in line yet , so no production to report to the State. Word is they are pleased with the results. My hope is that they hit into lots of liquids and don't want to tip their hand just yet by setting up the required treaters & tanks necessary to get the gas ready to pump into the pipeline that runs right beside the site. Purely speculation on my part.

Gail did any of your neighbors sign with shell or hilcorp?

I think they signed with Shell...

I am unsigned as well. I am on the PA/OH line and curious as to why offers in Mahoning .5mi away are $8000 an acre and in PA they are still at $3250?     the Landman from shell didn't have a valid explanation for it.     I know most of my neighbors signed with the Hilcorp/Co-X.
