Washington Co. Ohio; Grandview Twp. Well

Anyone know details of a well being drilled in Grandview Twp--who is drilling, on whose property, and is it deep or shallow?  Can be seen going south on St Rt 7 as one leaves New Matamoras;  sits at the top of hill.

heard it was a vertical test well, think ODNR reported around 8000 feet but can't remember for sure.
