Question to all as a group. Doing some research I've come to find out that Mcgonickle was acting as a Agent for Amarado without their consent, with intentions of hoping to flip the leases to Amarado with ZERO guarantees. Ive spoken with an attorney Frank Witschey, ESQ, who had talked to Amarado directly and they (Amarado) are wanting to file a class action suit against McGonickle Energy for Fraud/False Representation. The attorney is looking for more persons who are in the same boat as me, and would like to speak to all who have had this situation happen to them. His contact number is 330-665-3943. Looking for some comments to this thread to get a feel of the boat everyone is in.
