Just spoke to Chesapeake rep today. I was told that land we have along Fresno Rd (off Clay Rd) is not a part of the Ramsey Well as we thought, but will be a part of CR 120 which will probably be called the Burkhart Well. Does anyone know anything about this prospective well or the Burkhart land? Denver

There's no permit for such a well yet.

The cHespeake rep said they are in the process of creating the PU. The majority of the land will belong to Burkhart nd the PU should be under 900 acres

I'll keep an eye out for it.  If I find the DPU I'll post it.

Thanks Marcus

The ODNR lists a permit for a Burkhart well on 10-1-2012.  Anyone know where this is?

The Burkhart Well PO runs along beside the Ramsey PO. Clay Rd runs through them. Fresno Rd runs through the Burkhart PO. If you are driving up Clay Rd from the lake you travel 1 1/2 to 2 miles until you reach the bottom of a steep hill. You will see the Ramey Well Pad "in progress". You are now in the Ramsey PO. Travel to the top of the hill and you have reached the Gallentine farm. You are now in the Burkhart PO. Both POs run on up the road toward 171 and in the opposite direction.
I hoe this is understandable. Denver

The Ramsey POOL/PAD does not include the entire Ramsey 160 acres. The pool runs at an angle across the farm. The majority of the Ramsey farm is the North East 2/3's of the farm. The remainder, the South West 1/3 will be in another POOL. I hope this helps.
