On my royalty stub the production was listed at 29836.60 MCF.
Am I correct in assuming this is the monthly total?
Woulld the daily total be around 962 mcf?
Is this correct?
How does it compare with other wells in Bradford county?
Thanks

WHAT COMPANY IS THE ROYALTY STATEMENT FROM ? IS YOUR WELL WITH ONE COMPANY - OR ARE A NUMBER OF COMPANIES INVOLVED WITH YOUR WELL ?
Look closely for dates on the statement. Sort of like you see on a gas bill. Begin date and end date.
I would say that's on the low end of production in Bradford county. Most I have seen range from 2-8 million cf/day. You are under 1 million/day.
Actually I did speak to Chk about the production and he said it is averaging @1mm.
He said wells in Litchfield don't seem to be as productive as some other areas.
Here is the production spreadsheet for the first half of 2012 sent to DEP by CHK for all of their wells in Bradford Co.

29836.60 MCF /30 = your #
Thta is likely one working interest's portion.
Many wells are doing 200,000 - 250,000 early on.

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
