Drove up rt 8 a day or two ago and they were doing Seismic testing along rt 8 in Clay Township by toy store and Switchback Raceway area.  Bunch of trucks appear to be parking in the area as well at the old trailer/modular sales place.  .  Anyone know anything about who is doing the testing and who for etc...?  Shell seems to have the most leased up in the area.

WE LIVE UP THAT WAY AND WAS WONDERING THE SAME THING ,SEEN ALL THE PINK FLAGS ALONG ROUTE 8!

back in 04-05 they did the shock test around my block over the hill from the toy store, they drilled two wells then and one is plugged,  was phillips then, the trucks -tanks have been stored there for awhile now.

LOOKS LIKE THERE COMING UP HALL ROAD RT 8 NORTH!

They are also on 38 and a couple back roads in Concord Twp where I live.... I stopped and asked them a little info- the guy said they were subbed to Edgemark. A couple of the guys were from Texas and others were from Michigan.... so much for creating local jobs! They are not drilling and setting charges yet, they are only going to use a "vibration truck" to create a signal for the receivers

i went to the mill in west sunbury and notice alot of flags/markers on the back roads also- honey hole i hope!

Yesterday the wires are along Rt8 in Unionville. Looking for the sweet spot.

I was told by a geologist that it is illegal to do Seismic testing without getting permission from the property owners whose land they are going under.  They are just getting permission from the township offices to go along the roads.
