Good news for the Landowners who have been hamstrung by Columbia Gas over the Brinker Storage Field. The judge overruled Columbia Gas' motion to dismiss in it's entirety. This means he feels the case has merit and should proceed.
At this point the litigants plan to file for summary judgement based on the strong merit of the facts of the case based on the briefings already on file.
This is exciting news for many landowners who have been very patient and persistent in protecting their rights.
