Appraisal companies

I am wondering if anyone knows of a good appraisal company that can look at 30 vacant acres near LeRaysville in Bradford County. I would like to find a company that can look at the land with O&G rights going with it. Currently leased with Talisman and lease ending in June of this year. I would appreciate any help on this as I live out of state and would like to list my property but have no idea what to list it for.

Any help or input on calculation methods would be greatly appreciated.

kenny,  i do not know of any appraisal companies, however if you are intersted in selling the rights i do know of a company that is interested,

Hi Kenny, I am a Realtor in Troy and can do a "Comparative Market Analysis" at no charge to give you an idea of what it should sell for. I just sold a parcel with OGM rights and no gas lease in South Creek Twp. I also sent you a message so that you can contact me if you wish.
