You can request the completion reports from the DCNR. They will email them to you free of charge.

They just sent me a completion report; however, there was no open flow data included, nor any specific shale thickness information... just generic drilling logs! Not very useful whatsoever. They sent me a "Well Record".
It is not intuitive and it is not simple, but starting from the below link you can possibly obtain some limited well production information:

Drill down to production by County and download the Excell Spread Sheet and search for the well you are interested in.
Warning: you may not locate the information you seek, it may not be in a form that has much value, production data will not be current. Prepare to be frustrated.
Frankly, in my opinion, in PA, Operators are not required to provide information that is of much use.
