bonus money from Shell

Its been a long journey but today I recieved my bonus money from Shell yea 100+acre payment due on 02.11.2013 but it came today .01/24/2013

Similar to the timeframe that I was paid in (Shell).

My adjacent neighbor signed with Shell a month or so ago (88+acres), so they are definitely in the picture here in Lawrence County , as they are still actively leasing. With the Patterson and Gateway Shell Wells , and now Chesapeke's Wall Well just across the turnpike and less than a mile from the County line , I have a feeling we are in a good location!

They are not currently leasing in Lawrence County. Shucks...

Like I said , my neighbor just signed within the last month with Shell........maybe just being very selective for now.......?

Congrats Mike!! MInd if I ask how much per acre and royalty rate as well as where you are located. any info would be appreciated as we are considering Shell too.
