Three whole months - sounds like a flipper.  This one will be interesting to watch.

Angela do you know any details of the lease/deal? If not that isn't an appropriate comment.

I heard $4050/acre plus they paid broker fees. 

 

I heard Reed is still leasing around the area too but dont know their price.  a friend got a settlement statement from Reed for a Feb closing.  i guess they finally cleared his acreage after 4 months.  Another guy told me their title process is more than other companies.

When you read about companies like Shell backing out of deals,one has to wonder about Dux, It appears they havnt drilled any wells yet and havnt been in buisness very long.

 I am sure Mr Wells has done his research and knows much more about Dux than any of us can google and find out.

 I like Angela, will be watching this and hope everything works out and congratulate everyone in that group.
