Sign on fees

My 5 year lease with Cabot expires this year. Does Cabot pay another sign on fee like the initial one? I couldn't find anything in my lease regarding this. Thanks, Bella

Bella,  Take your lease to an O&G lawyer and find out what you have signed, then do your best to terminate it.  Trust Me!   Ron
