I'm in Allegheny Twp in Northern Butler County. He offered 3000 acre and 15% royalty

I do not know anything about Elexco, but I heard of them via a podcast from a court case a few years back.  

Bottom line talk to your neighbors and get a good attorney to guide you through the leasing process.  

This site can be a very good source of info from what I've found.

They are a land services company providing 3rd party representation for someone, in that area it is most likely  Chevron or EdgeMarc.

Elexco are land agents for EdgeMarc Energy. Hope this helps.

Chris, What part of Allegheny Twp.? I have 7+ acres near Six Points and have never been contacted. Not sure if my plot is too small.  Any insight or info would be great.  Thanks
