This demonstration happened today at the Green Hunter water disposal site in New Matamoras, Ohio.

I have also posted it to Magnum Hunter discussion as Green Hunter is one of their business components.

This is a copy of the protestors press release; lists the various groups involved; they attached a pole to a truck that was unloading and later a young man ascended the pole.  Pics in previous posted link look like the nightly news.

This is the follow up story by the Marietta Times detailing the activities of the protestors, the arrests, and the fact that the Washington County Sheriff will be onsite for some time.

The paper has quite a few comments, of course I threw a few in!

Here is the official press release from Green Hunter stating they have hired legal counsel to pursue action against protestors.

Please remember I'm all for fracking :0)
If a spill would happen in the river with the largest load estimated by this group (1/2 a million gallons) would it effect the water or would it dissipate to levels undetectable?
That guy looks 12 yrs old. Not sure why it matters but I was shocked at how young he looked for 33. I must be getting real old :0)

Appears serious opposition is mounting to the GreenHunter disposal site in New Matamoras, Washington Co. Ohio.

Valid point I saw in the press release: is someone posting a bond just in case of a spill?
