I've successfully located all of the unit declaration maps from the recorder of deeds website in Butler for the Jefferson/Summit/Butler township areas, but I've not been able to locate the Platt maps.
I'm assuming you are getting the maps via the PA DEP, but could you elaborate on their location.

They are actually coming from the DCNR and are available for any well in PA. Send an email to Catherine Schmid in the link by clicking on her name and provide the county, township, operator, and well name and she will email the plats by pdf promptly. Completion reports are also available if the well is completed. I think there is a 10mb limit per day.
