The reason I want to sign a good lease, (my grandson) is out of focus in the background. But the forked tongue gives away this landman's agenda. My dog did not trust the guy who came to my door in 2004 wanting an Oil & Gas lease. She looked at him the same way she looked at the one from today!

In conversations with landman I know, they described a O&G person in Ohio who sounded like they have an appearance similar to that of the individual you've identified as 029. But the referenced individual is not a landman. I guess further up the "foodchain".
