SWN purchase of CHK leases...

I went to the  Wyoming Cty courthouse today to look up our lease. I was surprised to find that there is a 162 page document on file with all of the leases listed that were sold by CHK to SWN and was recorded on 5-22-2013.  

What, exactly, does this mean to the leaseholder?  What changes if anything?  Does our lease continue just the same as it was or will I hear something from SWN to let us know they bought the lease.   I just want to know if there are any hoops to jump through or if we are ok as is.

I know there are folks who are more savvy to what goes on in this neck of the woods, so, Please advise...  Thanks!

You should be thankful that somebody bought your lease from Chesapeake,, I hope every day that somebody buys my lease from Chesapeake, we are loosen money daily to them and it's terrible,,

I think you only get notified of a lease assignment if your lease says you should be.
