EQT is busy tearing up Crane run Rd. off Rt. 146 hauling truck after truck after truck of water to their well off red lane rd. Dont know if they are fracking or getting ready to,or just drilling. Cant see the wellpad from any rd. They are also setting up on Cubbison rd, not far west from Northstar rd.. That drill pad is very close to the rd. And not far from a couple houses. Both wells are on ODNR's website. Small acreage drilling units. Anyone got more info?

Here is alink to the map of EQT sites..
Spencer on left. clark on right . with TYSINGER will be to right of Clark..
and the 8th i dont know for sure. but think it will be east of Tysinger
The YELLOW DOTS are where the "fracking" will begin. i think
I do not belive they are the pad site....
iF you look at clarks bluepring you will see the PAD is down to the lower left of site... and goes out and curves 1500 feet...Fracking then starts....
anyway...all the land between spencer and Clark and east will be "covered" eventually....
This is a giant "pool" of shale they are drilling down to...
Doebek and Kamm will each have 3 NW AND SE ..
6 on each pad....
Again i belive that EQT saw that everyone out here
was happy and not greedy..
and they are gonna spend 40 million on these 8 wells...
Those that got greedy and signed up for BIG SIZE groups..
got nothing so far....:(
I firmly believe that if drillers figure they dont have to FIGHT
a bunch of lawsuits and cranky people...
THAT.. is where they will drill...just my thougt...
and wells..:)
Mike.. just wondering from your comments and if you don't mind sharing... did you sign directly with EQT ?

Permalink Reply by bo boboski on April 19, 2013 at 9:36am Went by the Clark wellsite 2day. Rig was srtill there. Must be still drilling. On up the road, there are lots of flags&ribbons staked out in the fields by Cowgill rd. Along Cubbison. rd. May be pipeline, or maybe their new drillin Pad?
Permalink Reply by Dawn Blake on April 19, 2013 at 3:10pm They tied pink ribbons around a stop sign off of Howell Rd .....we have not heard anything of what that is all about.
Permalink Reply by paul wheelock on August 28, 2013 at 10:11am Hello Mike Fulper, is there any chance you could check the Clark 1H2 well off of cubbisson rd, an EQT well I am curious if it is in production or if it is in the 60 day rest period, I was told it went into production in mid July but now am being told it is in rest period
Thank you for any help in this Paul Wheelock Nevada
Permalink Reply by Greg B on April 29, 2014 at 7:37am All, from the map here www.uticashaleblog.com/p/drilling-permits.html (April 26 update), you can click on the LARGE MAP link and go to blue Filter tab to add "Operator" then select EQT. As of April 26 it shows wells "drilled" so fracking must be under way. Do need to Zoom in. Other tabs are setup for interesting things.
Ive heard they have an office somewhere in Cambridge, anyone have contact info?

Permalink Reply by bo boboski on February 21, 2013 at 1:29pm Paul. I went by there today. the rig is set up. Only a few hundred yards off the road and only a few hundred feet from the house by the road. They are presently in the process of of widening Cubbison road by about 6 ft. laying down and rolling lots of limestone on it. They must be done fracking the red lane rd. well. Didnt see anymore water trucks running. Dont think EQT is big on letting people know about their flow tests, but I'll be watching. Western Guernsey county wants to know!

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
