Mr Mills; didn't see that but I know most nuke plants are very old and their licenses are expiring in the next few years. With all that has happened from Chernobyl to Fukashima, there will be alot off opposition to renewing licenses for many plants near major population centers, quake faults, or water supplies. And to get a renewal, the would probably be forced to do major upgrading to various safety systems. And nag gas is so cheap that it may be the better way to go.
