No good news that I know of.  I have a feeling the majority of the 5 year leases will not be renewed.

Dont forget about the Enervest joint ventures. They are planning to to do 12 test wells in Tusc and Stark County. They are looking to do 6 wells in each county to try and figure out the volatile oil window. When they decide to start drilling is the question? They have 1 well permitted to drill in Tusc so far.

Hmmmm   Well I know on my farm about 18 months ago, they surveyed a drilling pad, did all the water well testing of all my neighbors, drilled down about 25 feet to check the water table and had marked out all the water ways, creeks ect then they left?

to my understanding no permits were issue in Homes County thus far for this year .... I guess the Utica shale is not what they expected in that region .....It seem like everything moving more in the southern part between Marietta and Carroll county . This is what have heard .
