ODNR OIL AND GAS HORIZONTIAL WELL PRODUCTION REPORTS

Oil and Gas, horizontial well production reports are due today 11-15-2013 under the new reporting law ORC 1509.11  Production numbers may become avaliable in the future in the same public forum as it was presented to the public in April.  Date unkown.

For who? Ohio or PA? Ohio does not go to quarterly reporting until January 2014.

Ohio.  The new law was effective Sept 29, 2013 and Companies that are required to file have 45 days from the end of each quarter to file.
