Looking for a person or company to help find a lease for my land in Harrison County Ohio

My step sons inherited some land in Harrison County Ohio Green Twp  ,

Trying to find a person or company that looks for leases for landowers on flat fee or commission.

My step sons father was killed in a mining accident  Feb 2012,according to his brother he was talking to a company about leasing, unfortunately his sudden death  that halted  this .

 

So need help to find  a lease not mineral purchase(might consider a purchase)   for this property.

I live in Columbus area so kind of out of contact with things going on.

with small acreage, I'd just wait till they approach you.. then you know they need you.  right now you're not going to get their "must have you" offer..

I have an offer to sell the mineral rights  right now at $10K  /acre   It is only 1-1/2  acres. I saw an ad in the paper and they came back real quick with this offer.
