Hello all

Does anyone have info on a pipeline going through Delaware township near the Hempfield township line?

We have been contacted about selling a right of way for a large diameter line across our property by a company called E.A.R.T.H. Acquisition and would like to find out if anyone else has been contacted and knows anything about them or the going rate for a right of way.

Thanks

Think about the work stations they will need. They will pay you for them but some are good size. They cut down trees for a work station on my neighbor that he had them going around with the ROW to save the trees. And we did not anticipate the barrage of traffic that goes with it. Can't let the dogs out of the house alone. On a good note our township road has been fixed to be better than it has ever been.

I agree with you 100% on getting all on the protection you need. I have also been approached for the Delaware Pipeline and my thoughts are, what provisions do I think are needed for the next 50 to 100 years for my property. Once its in its there to stay. I am not opposed to progress or money but all must be thought through carefully.

So, did anyone actually sign with E.A.R.T.H, and if so, did you get what you wanted in writing? Their ROW agreements leaves out many details.
