Is anyone familiar with a company called Strategic Land Partners, LLC??

I recently received a letter from a company called Strategic Land Partners,LLC concerning the sale of mineral rights that I inherited from my mother and aunt. I am not familiar with this company and wondered if anyone has had previous dealings with them.

They have been sending me an offer about once a month. Been throwing them in the trash. Low offers. I think they are out of PA

Thanks for PA. location. watch for offers from Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas. they will be the big offers I heard.
