Grumbles and myths?

I have propery on Crane run rd. I live in the Youngstown area and keep my ears open for any intel that comes along. It seems to be the opinion of the attorneys up here that the odds of seeing any further progress and or financial benefit from the area I am part of ( between Harley Stars and Mrs Brissy) is slim to none. Naturally, most anyone you talk to has a different take that seems to range wide. Does anyone have a concrete information about my area? I was down in deer season and did walk the new line that runs through the Keilitz farm. Quite impressive work no doubt.

What is the reason they state no further development? Has EQT suspended operations? I sure hope that is not the case as my family has minerals in that area also.

No one here seems to have any solid information. The two "oil lease" attorneys I ask about guernsey co. Told me the same thing. That the wells did not have enough pressure to get the minerals out and that the pump stations do not make it profitable

MIke;   The drill map of the area I have seen; appears your property will be contained in the "Birchfield" well-pad unit. I've heard there is hold on a key parcel preventing activity on this drill unit. Don't sell your minerals if that is what you are thinking, it will happen soon enough.

Thanks Joe. I'm not in a hurry to do anything. I am more curious more than anything. Naturally, people all have something to say. Guess I am just looking for some solid facts.

EQT people are not Stupid...they know what they are doing...:)

Agreed Mike. I'm just looking for some solid facts. EQT I'm sure knows what they are doing. And naturally, these people saying that we may never see royalties are the same ones trying to buy them cheap.
My inquiry is not money motivated as much as credible information.
