I believe the "rat" holes are being drilled to frack later when the pipe line infra structure is in place to move the product to market.... They want to see profit as bad as we do.... Look at the billions they are willing to risk to see that profit. My main concern is the amendments they want to make to our original lease agreement.... So they can "Fruck" us land owners...

Lance greetings to answer that  then why is are unit , throtled down so low that theres not enough presure to fill a truck tire. I bet the guy who aloud them to destoy 40 acres includig road and blow the top of the mountain off, then push it over the side then hauled 800 loads  of gravel to level it back off  is not to happy .our jan check was about 20 per acre. They also are not risking there money it ours and every single person that byes there stock,  ore pays the high gas prices. if they opened them all up and evened them out every one could make out. In 2007 I was in midland texas picking up a new pu. When you fly in from Houston airport  I could not understand what all these long drivways to a squared off area  of 5 acres all over the place [from the air]it looked like it was carpet bombed like vietnam was. Then on the trip from Odessa airport to midland  thousands of

pump jacks sitting still ! I asked the guy whats going on with all those pump jacks he said awe, they turned them off what !! oils not high enough.   I said what he said oils not high enough I could not believe it ! lance dont let them do it! Stand up and together they are!

How high does oil have to be for them to profit? It's at 103.00 now. Gasoline went up to comp. that. I hope the companies drilling here in the Utica want to recover their investments by getting this oil and gas to market as quickly as possible. I believe the European market will drive  oil companies to increase production which in turn will lessen our dependence on foreign oil. From what I gather, A.E.U. (Aubrey and his partners) who have bought lots of leases in the Utica wants to make all his partners rich. Were those wells in Texas all shallow wells? Are you from P.A.?

Pipeling going in along Old 21 rd. just above Salt Fork dam. Going right along the St. Rt. Don't know where it's coming from or where it's going. Hopefully someone with an airplane can take a trip to check it out? Don't know the size but there's some huge equipment doing the digging.

The pipeline work on Old 21 is mostly on my Christmas tree farm. Kinder Morgan is replacing a mile of 26 inch pipe at our place and another 1/2 mile of pipe further north on Freedom Road. It is interesting to watch and I must say that the workers seem intent on doing whatever it takes to keep us, the land owners happy.

New Permits for Guernsey County.

Aubrey and Eclipse are getting busy in Guernsey county!

Thanks for all the info from everyone. I have tried using the web links for wells but cannot for the life of me figure out the icons meanings . Being mostly illiterate on this computer, how does one get a better location as to the well site and surrounding acreage stipulated on the above permits ?

Thanks for the post, I appreciate it .

Today a contract agent for TGS-NOPEC stopped by with contract/permit for Seismic testing. $5.00 per acre for " normal and ordinary damages associated with seismic testing" . I didn't sign today until I do some research and where better to start than here ? Handwritten under special conditions is " permission granted for walk only / receivers only " . Agent states no charges or other equipment will be used on our land ( 10 acres ) . But the contract / permit grants them permission to map , survey , create accessible survey paths, etc .

On the back is a Google Earth pic of our land with " Freeport 3D South map features "

Anything to be worried about or is this a standard part of the process ?

Thanks in advance
