$6/foot is the standard offer. Actual negotiated offers can be 3 or 4 times that number.

I was recently offered 15 a foot for a pipeline to go though my farm.  I didnt sign anything yet.

Thanks for the info.  Im not in a hurry to sign.  I think they can do a lot better than 15 dollars a foot, since my farm is the only way for them to get through.  They are trying to put a clause in for more than 1 pipeline.

Unless it is US government regulated, it is your choice. Many simply do not want tthe annyance and don't lease.
