How long should it take to get a lease number back from CHK

We signed a lease with Cheasapke  on Feb 25,2014.That is when it was sent from our lawyers office to them. All the deed searches were done. Still have not received a lease number  or$$$ .Of course  the lease says they have up to 120 days from date of receipt in their office

 

What is a reasonable time to wait on this   >Eastern Ohio

If it says 120 they will take every minute ofit. Hopefully you still get paid. They have jhad problems with a bank draft then holding the property and deciding not to pay or pay less. I hope all works out well for you.

I agree with Jason that Chesapeake will take most if not all the 120 days.  And in a lease 120 days is usually treated as 120 business days.
