I am looking for drilling info on the Henderson south 10 12 6 website, I have tried to get information but it is like pulling teeth, everyone says do not sell mineral rights because I am considered in a unit but will it be in my lifetime, just would like some up to date reliable information , and not sure where to go to get it.

why are the Henderson wells so much lower in the 4th? and thanks for the great info.

those are daily avg's over the qtr.

I would guess the reason is initial decline..............not sure when exactly they first came on line because we still have not seen the Q1 and Q2 reports.

could be combination of decline and maybe they choked them back further..........a bunch of wells in that immediate area coming on line so maybe there are restrictions on gathering lines.

We are down on LClearfork and Dodson leg just clipped us and Wright leg seemed to purposely stop just short.  Assuming a well originating south of us will eventually catch us.  Haven't heard anything official as of this point.  Hello Shawna!

Randy - there is a 30 year old RedHill Clinton well just south of the Wright legs........still productive.....I think AEP bought all of Red Hill so they may hold the acreage......could be the reason they stopped where they did.

exact same scenario just south of the Dodson legs.....producing Clinton well Red Hill.

the remaining (non drilled/permitted) space to your south has only one producing Clinton which is Eclipse (old Oxford) that was drilled in '07....

Randy just to your south is a new pipeline going in this summer . It's a blue racer line being installed for Hess and Eclipse . Once it's in along with the pipe installed along Lower Clearfork a year or so ago they will be able to move the gas . After the pipes are in the pads will be built . I know a bunch of landowners in that area . A lot of folks have been approached about having well pads on them . Nothing has happened yet but I believe it's due to lack of infrastructure . There are a lot of different companies with land in that area .

I have a friend that works for MWCD and he said that there will be no more leasing of there land for at least  3 to 5 years because they do not need the income. And with the new tax put on land owners they don't need the public to start bitching about them again not needing the tax money. So Tappan will be on hold for a bit.  Also CHK is winding up drilling in North Utica and no other pads are will be built except the ones already permitted .  They are now drilling and permitting South Utica ,Belmont, Southern Harrison Co.

Frank is CHK walking away from Northern Harrison county ? North ,Stock , Archer and Rumley ? If so who is going to develop their acreage in that area ?

the following are all of the latest CHK applications for new wells (since May 1st)

Harrison county = 35 permits (all in Rumley, North, Stock and German twps.)

Carroll county = 38 permits

Columbiana county = 10 permits

Jefferson = 8 permits

...I don't believe they have ever applied yet for anything in Belmont......and I think only one set of wells in southern Harrison - Spinden wells in Nottingham twp....and those were approved more than a year ago and they haven't done anything with them yet.

Where are the 8 permits in Jefferson County?

Lois -

4 Keystone in Salem twp

2 Crawford in Salem twp

2 Kirk in Ross twp

Keystone and Crawfords have been approved.......the Kirks are pretty recent applications and have not yet been approved.

hey Booger, have you heard anything about the spinden wells? why aren't they drilling? have mineral rights in that unit and signed addendum last year..was hoping they would of drilled by now...

nothing Ray - other than they seem to be dipping their toes in the water looking for a gathering line ROW from the Spinden location to the (yet un-applied for) Burdette location in southern Stock.
