Check the Eisenbarth well discussion that is where the fire was.   Also there is a discussion in  the Monroe County group.  Apparently it started with a truck and was not in the actual well bore, but definitely on the well pad.

Equipment on the pad, NOT the well itself.    I saw all the emergency vehicles booking it down river and knew something was amiss.
